Right to Information (Statutory Declaration Under Sec-4(1)(B) of RTI Act 2005)

The Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 makes it binding for all organisations termed as Public Authorities to provide information to citizens regarding their functioning, thereby ensuring transparency and accountability in governance.

Bafakhy Yatheem Khana B.Ed Training College, Kalpakanchery, Malappuram, PIN – 676551 is affiliated with the University of Calicut, approved by the NCTE, and sanctioned by the Government of Kerala. The college adheres to all rules and regulations prescribed by the Higher Education Department, Government of Kerala, the University of Calicut, and the NCTE from time to time.

In accordance with the RTI Act 2005, Bafakhy Yatheem Khana B.Ed Training College, Kalpakanchery, herein termed as the Public Authority, commits to providing information to citizens who submit an application under the RTI Act to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or hand it over in the college office during working hours.
